• Ingredients:-
• 1.Bengal Gram - 1/2 cup
• 2.Black Gram - 1/2 cup (skin removed)
• 3.Red chillies - 4
• 4.Dry coconut - 1/2 cup
• 5.Sambar powder - 1 spoon
• 6.Asafoetida - 1 small piece

• Method of preparation :-
•
• Mix all ingredients except sambar powder, roast them
• and grind in a mixer. Add sambar powder to the mixture,
• mix well and store in a glass bottle. Use this mixture along with rice
• as required.
